Starting from this release, MyParichay will source the web and find candidates for you in a new feature called – Web Profiles. A recruiter will now see more profiles than ever before on MyParichay’s People Search. You can identify these profiles with a new icon that looks like this – To contact these candidates, MyParichay will run a matching algorithm to identify possible profiles for these candidates. Select all the profiles you want to contact and click on Send Parichay Message. MyParichay will do the heavy lifting for you and contact as many candidates as possible in bulk. For all web profiles you will see a new option (marked by a red circle) on this screen. Click on a profile and send a Facebook Message to these candidates. When these candidates apply after seeing the Facebook messages they will marked with a source as – Facebook Message on your Dashboard

New Product Feature – October, 2014 – List Import From MyParichay

You can now import candidate list from MyParichay and use it to create campaigns. In the create campaign page, once you select a Job and template you can select MyParichay as the source to import list. On selecting MyParichay and clicking on “Import”, a search window opens up where you can search for candidates based on Skill, Company, Min and Max experience, Location. You must also select the number of recipients to import. You can import a maximum of 1500 recipients at once. On successful search, you can save the list and use the same list to create a campaign. Search results will include MyParichay candidates matching your search criteria.

New Product Feature – October 2014 – Bulk actions on Analytics Dashboard

Analytics Dashboard will display a list of recent responses since your last login. You can now perform the following bulk actions on these responses: In-Network Search: You can select multiple MyParichay candidates and perform an In-Network search on them. Invite to MyParichay: You can select multiple non-MyParichay candidates and invite them to MyParichay. Edit Status: Select multiple candidates and change status to any of the statuses defined in the system. Move Applications: Select multiple candidates and move them from one job to another. Download Resume: You can download resumes of multiple candidates at once. All resumes will be downloaded in zip format.

With this feature, we are introducing a new way for candidates to apply for jobs. On clicking “Quick Apply” candidates will be able to apply with email and without logging into MyParichay. If a MyParichay candidate applies using “Quick apply”, candidate response can be seen under the “MyParichay Applicants” tab in the Manage Responses page of the web dashboard. However, if a Non-MyParichay candidate uses a “Quick Apply”, candidate responses can be seen under the “Others” tab in the Manage Responses page of the web dashboard. If an invite is sent to Non-MyParichay candidates in the others tab and the candidate accepts the invite and becomes a MyParichay user, the same candidate details will appear under the “MyParichay Applicants” and will be deleted from “Others” tab.

Invite to MyParichay Icon Often recruiters invite Non-MyParichay candidates to MyParichay. With this new feature, all invited candidates will be tagged with an “Invited” icon.  This will help recruiters keep track of all invitations.   Mobile Applicants Some candidates apply to jobs from mobile. Until now, recruiters could not find out if a particular candidate applied through mobile or desktop. With this feature, all candidates who have applied via mobile will be tagged with a mobile icon.   Dashboard Notifications Starting today, we are introducing ‘Notifications’ – a new communication channel on MyParichay’s recruiter dashboard. Using this feature recruiters will receive timely alerts on important activities to be done. Each notification will have a button, from which actions can be performed without leaving the page. This feature allows you to update status of multiple candidates by uploading an excel sheet. Download responses for a particular job into an excel sheet from the responses page of the job. You can now either change statuses of these candidates or add candidates from other sources. Once excel is updated, in the manage responses page clicking on “Import Referrals/Direct candidate List” will direct the user to an upload page.On uploading the excel sheet, status of existing candidates will be updated and the same can be seen under the responses section of the job.
