At MyParichay, we have always strived to improve recruiter experience and one such feature that would make your hiring efficient is bulk resume download. Before this, you had to download resumes of individual candidates. This is a time consuming task if a job has lot of responses. We have now introduced a “Download Resume” option to down resume of multiple candidates with a single click. In the responses page of a job, there is a “Download Resume” option available in the dropdown. You can select multiple candidates, either by clicking on the checkbox at the column header or by individually selecting candidates. Clicking on the “Download Resume” option will download resumes of all selected candidates, in a zip format.

Recruiters can now post job openings on Naukri without leaving MyParichay. Just by selecting a checkbox and answering a basic questions about the job, recruiters can have their opening posted on Naukri. MyParichay also goes a step further and also populates responses to your Naukri postings.   Here is how the feature works. First, log into MyParichay’s Dashboard for recruiters and navigate to the Post a Job page. Then select Naukri as a job board you want to post to and answer a few basic questions about your job. Then, click on submit and MyParichay will post the job on Naukri for you. To view your responses simply go to the Manage Responses page and use MyParichay’s filter options. We are constantly working to improve our email effectiveness and in this endeavour we have designed two new features: Email Limit Now you can send 15,000 emails per day per recruiter. This includes the number of emails sent in Job campaigns. In the create campaign page at the top right, you will be able to see the number of emails sent on a particular day. This will help you prioritise jobs and campaigns. Email Job reference Including job references in emails can contribute to improving response rates. A few months back we observed a few recruiters use Social Retargeting (TM) and identified a bunch of little things that will make the experience better. We started by increasing the number of profiles shown on the People Search and Folders page to 50. To help you keep track of the number of profiles selected on these pages, just refer to the label at the top, that tells you how many profiles selected out of the total number of profiles. The next thing that we focused on was making navigation between pages easy to do. We placed the Save and Options button close to the page numbers on the People Search & Folders page respectively.
