We are constantly working to improve our email effectiveness and in this endeavour we have designed two new features:
Now you can send 15,000 emails per day per recruiter. This includes the number of emails sent in Job campaigns.
In the create campaign page at the top right, you will be able to see the number of emails sent on a particular day. This will help you prioritise jobs and campaigns.
Email Job reference
Including job references in emails can contribute to improving response rates. Hence with this release you will not be able to send emails without any reference to jobs.
As a result, any template used to send emails should include links to the Job description page. Therefore it is always suggested that you follow a three step process to send emails – Select a job from the create campaign page, Select a template with a link to the job and then import a list to initiate the campaign.
If a template does not contain a job reference, you will not be able to import candidates from Shine, you will not be able to enter recipients individually in the recipient list and hence will not be able to retarget candidates.
